Physical builds do not fit a software quote, so they get their own formula: parts at cost, engineering at a fixed price, operations if you want them.

Hardware at cost, itemized
GPUs, nodes, networking, and racks are quoted as a bill of materials you can take to any vendor. We pass hardware through at cost; our fee is for the engineering.

Design and build, fixed price
Site survey, rack design, procurement, cabling, burn in, cluster bring up, and acceptance tests are scoped and priced from the assessment before anything is ordered.

Operate or hand over
After commissioning, choose a monthly operations retainer with monitoring, patching, and support, or a documented handover so your team runs it alone.

Fixed price or time and materials?
Diagnostic Sprints are fixed price. Build & Ship engagements are milestone based with a defined scope, paid as milestones land. Embedded Partnerships are monthly retainers with no hidden overages.
How is hardware priced?
As a bill of materials at cost, itemized so you can verify every line, plus a fixed fee for design, build, and commissioning. Operating it afterwards is an optional monthly retainer.
How quickly can you start?
Diagnostic Sprints typically start within a week of the intro call. Build & Ship and Embedded engagements kick off within two to three weeks. Hardware builds run six to ten weeks from site survey to first inference.
Do you work with early stage startups?

What happens after the engagement ends?
Knowledge transfer is built into every model. We write runbooks, train your team, revoke our own access, and confirm it in writing. You own and can extend everything we build.
